GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) --- The Green Bay women's basketball team welcomed UW-Stevens Point to the Kress Center on Wednesday night for its first exhibition matchup of the season. GB enjoyed offensive contributions from every squad member who took the floor as the Phoenix defeated the Pointers 94-40 in unofficial action.

Green Bay received double-digit scoring efforts from four players, with redshirt freshman
Anna Brecht leading the way with 16 points.
Frankie Wurtz (14 points),
Hailey Oskey (12 points) and
Karly Murphy (10 points) joined Brecht in double digits.

As the freshmen combined for 32 points and
Carly Mohns chipped in nine, newcomers to the Phoenix roster totaled 41 points on the evening and accounted for over 40% of the offense.

Green Bay returns to the court Tuesday, Oct. 30 against UW-Eau Claire for its final exhibition matchup before tipping off the regular season on Nov.6 at home against Northwestern.
