GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) --- The final exhibition was a success for the Green Bay women's basketball team, as the Phoenix outscored UW-Eau Claire 82-27 on Tuesday evening at the Kress Center.
Sophomore
Lyndsey Robson led all scorers for GB, finishing with 12 points on a 4-of-7 effort from the field combined with a 3-for-4 clip from beyond the arc.
Frankie Wurtz finished with 11 points, while
Jen Wellnitz and
Madison Wolf each chipped in 10 points apiece to round out the double-digit scorers for Green Bay.
The regular season kicks off for Green Bay next Tuesday, Nov. 6 when Northwestern is welcomed to the Kress Center for a 7 p.m. tipoff. The game is 'Packers night' and will feature members of the team in attendance to cheer on the Phoenix.
