(GreenBayPhoenix.com) --- ShanQuan Hemphill poured in a career-high 25 points and registered his first double-double, helping Green Bay hold off Northern Illinois 85-83 at the Resch Center on Wednesday night. The Phoenix moves to 4-3 on the season, and will welcome Belmont to the Resch this Saturday in another challenging mid-major contest.
