GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) --- The Green Bay women's basketball team took the court for its final non-conference matchup of the 2018-19 season on Tuesday night at the Kress Center, defeating UW-Parkside 81-32 to head into league with some momentum.
Green Bay (5-5) scored a season-high 81 points in the matchup and held the Rangers to only 32 points, a season-low for points scored by a Phoenix opponent. Three players reached double figures in scoring for GB, all led by
Lyndsey Robson who scored 15 points on a 6-of-7 effort from the field in 19 minutes.
Jen Wellnitz chipped in 13 points, while
Frankie Wurtz added 10 to the Phoenix total.
Green Bay will tip off Horizon League play with in-state rival Milwaukee on Friday, Dec. 28 at the Klotsche Center.
