GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – The Green Bay men's soccer team will head to Illinois this weekend for matchups with Western Illinois (Aug. 31) and Eastern Illinois (Sept. 2). The Phoenix (1-0-1) hits the road after recently securing its first win of the season, a 3-2 decision over Northern Illinois on Monday night.
The Leathernecks are still searching for its first win of the season, entering the weekend with a 0-1-1 record after a draw with Oakland (1-1) and a 4-0 loss to Milwaukee. Kickoff at Western Illinois is slated for 3 p.m. Friday afternoon.
The Panthers will host Green Bay on Sunday at 1 p.m. after first welcoming Evansville on Friday. EIU's most recent action came on Monday night at Cincinnati, with the Panthers claiming a 2-0 win on the road after goals from Toby Andrews and Christian Sosnowski.
Green Bay has enjoyed offensive success often in its first two games this season, with four different members of the squad finding the back of the net.

Bernard Assibey Rhule have all notched goals for Green Bay this season.
At the conclusion of this weekend's action, Green Bay will shift its focus to Horizon League play and ready to take the pitch at Cleveland State on September 8.
