GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) --- The Green Bay men's soccer team will take the field this weekend at Cleveland State for its first Horizon League matchup of the season, taking on the Vikings at Krenzler Field at 6 p.m. GB currently holds a three-game winning streak and boasts a 3-0-1 record heading into the matchup.

Cleveland State enters the weekend in search of its first win at 0-3, with its most recent action coming in the form of a  2-0 loss to Cincinnati. The recent history has been nearly even between the programs, with the Phoenix owning a 1-2-2 mark against CSU in the last five meetings.

Green Bay owns an advantage in the all-time series at 20-17-6, despite the last two contests ending in a 1-1 draw.

If Green Bay leaves the pitch on Saturday evening with a win or draw, it will mark the first time the team has started the first five games of the season unbeaten since 2009, the same year the program made its last appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
