QUICK PREVIEW
RUNNING THE RESCH
Green Bay is a perfect 4-0 in games at the Resch Center this year, and is averaging 93.5 PPG while shooting 49.4 percent in those games. GB has beaten NIU, Belmont, Youngstown State and Cleveland State at its Titletown home, with five players averaging in double-figures in those games.
JayQuan McCloud is averaging a team-best 21.3 PPG in those four games, while
Sandy Cohen III (17.0 PPG),
ShanQuan Hemphill (14.5 PPG),
PJ Pipes (11.5 PPG) and
Kameron Hankerson (11.0 PPG) have also been highly productive inside the Resch Center. GB is making 10 3-pointers a game and is forcing its opponents into 14.8 turnovers per game over the first four as well.
HAMMERING HANKERSON
Junior
Kameron Hankerson has been playing some of his best basketball since Horizon League play started at Milwaukee, averaging 15.6 PPG with a pair of 19-point performances over the course of the first 5 league games. Hankerson is shooting a blistering 55.1 percent from the field and is 12-14 from the free throw line in HL games, while also converting 12 of his 27 3-point attempts. He's scored at least 14 points in 4 of his 5 league games, and has knocked down at least 3 3-pointers in three of those games as well. The Novi native is averaging 9.8 PPG overall this season, and is 6 points above that average in HL play.
TOP 10 REPRESENT
Green Bay is one of only two schools in the HL to have two players rank in the Top 10 in scoring so far this league season.
Sandy Cohen III (5th; 18.4 PPG) and
JayQuan McCloud (9th; 17.2 PPG) are both top 10 in scoring through 5 games, joining Oakland as the only other team to have two players on the list.
JAGUAR REVENGE
In IUPUI's first season in the Horizon League, the Jaguars swept the season series with Green Bay. It was the first time the two teams met since the 2010 season, and IUPUI won two nail-biters, 67-63 in Green Bay and 67-61 in Indianapolis. The two meetings took place just 10 days apart, and now GB will look for its first win over IUPUI since it became a member of the Horizon League.
SUPER SANDY
Senior
Sandy Cohen III may have had two "down" games in scoring this past weekend, but he still leads his team in all major categories. Cohen also ranks 5th in the HL in scoring, 5th in rebounding and 5th in assists. He leads the league in made free throws, while shooting a second-best 94.7 percent (36-38) at the charity stripe.
HL STANDINGS UPDATE: With only the top 8 teams qualifying for the Horizon League Tournament this year, teams will be monitoring the league standings a bit more than usual. The Quarterfinals will take place on campus, with the No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 and No. 4 seeds hosting those games. The winners advancing to the Semifinals will play at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

MOTOR CITY ROAD TRIP
Green Bay had its 3-game winning streak snapped this past weekend, dropping both contests in the Motor City to Detroit Mercy and Oakland. The Titans were on fire on Thursday night, never giving GB much hope in that matchup. The Phoenix held a lead at the half at Oakland on Saturday, but the Golden Grizzlies came out of the gate strong before pulling away for the win. GB will look to earn the season split when it hosts the two schools Feb. 14 and Feb. 16 at the Resch Center.
