Junior Taylor Wolf led the way offensively for the Phoenix with 18 kills and was followed by sophomore Shannon Coughlin with 14.  As a whole, the squad recorded 56 kills for the match with seven members contributing.  Senior setter Maddie Yoss logged 41 of Green Bay's 46 assist and added 11 digs.

Defensively, five members of the Phoenix tallied double-digit digs on the night and were led by freshman libero Brenna Hesse with 20.  Junior Ashley Sledge led the team in block-assist with 4, with junior Anna Eaton right behind her with 3.  As a team, Green Bay had 90 digs and 7 total-blocks.

Set one (25-15) went the way of the Phoenix.  The squad started off hot offensively, tallying 12 kills in the set and hitting an impressive .375 hitting percentage.  Shannon Coughlin led the team in the first set with 5 kills.

Set two (23-25) had the Norse tie the match up at 1-1.  At the midway mark, Green Bay led 13-10 but the set continued to go back-and-forth.  Nearing the end, the Phoenix still led 23-20, but the Norse closed on a 5-0 run to steal the second set.

Set three (25-22) saw Green Bay regain the lead in the match.  The Phoenix led most of the way and even had a seven point lead at 19-12 late in the third.  Nonetheless, Northern Kentucky wouldn't go away and went on a 5-0 run shrink the Green Bay lead to 23-22.  However, a kill of Anna Eaton and an attack-error from the visitors sealed the deal for the Phoenix.

Set four (25-20) had Green Bay claim the set and the match.  The duo of Taylor Wolf and Shannon Coughlin catapulted the Phoenix offensively, with each of them tallying 5 kills in the fourth.  The defense was clutch as well with 25 total-digs and 0 receiving-errors.  At the midpoint, Green Bay led 13-12.  Like much of the match, the set was close but Taylor Wolf took home the kill on match point to give the Phoenix the victory.
