GREEN BAY, Wis. – Director of Athletics Josh Moon named Dylan Derousseau the new Director of Athletics Communications Tuesday afternoon. Derousseau, a Wisconsin native, will return to his home state after a stint at Fresno Pacific University in Fresno, Calif.
 
"I feel extremely blessed and am beyond excited to be back in Wisconsin joining a great University," Derousseau said. "I would like to thank AD Josh Moon and Associate AD Joey Daniels for giving me the opportunity to join the Phoenix. I look forward to working alongside our coaches, staff, and student-athletes to tell the story of Green Bay Athletics."
 
Before Fresno Pacific, Derousseau spent two years at the University of Wisconsin – Parkside's Athletics Communications office. He served as the primary media relations contact for men's and women's soccer, women's basketball, track & field, and baseball. His other duties included graphic design projects, social media and website management, as well as calling and inputting statistics.
 
"We are excited to welcome Dylan to our staff, as he brings quality experience and the needed knowledge to run our athletics communications office," said Daniels. "Being from Wisconsin, Dylan brings passion and energy to our department in his return home as well. He understands the expectations and grind in this position and we're happy to have him on board!"
 
The Tomah, Wis., native earned a bachelor's degree in the Parkside Sports Management department with Cum Laude honors in 2019. Upon graduation, Derousseau received the Traditions of Excellence Academic Achievement Award from the HKSM department. He completed a master's degree in sport management in 2021.
