GREEN BAY, Wis. – Tuesday afternoon, Green Bay Athletics announced the promotion of Jenna Charron to Associate Athletic Director for Ticket Sales and Marketing. Charron was hired to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Phoenix Ticket Office and lead marketing efforts for the department a little over a year ago.
 
"Jenna has done an excellent job during her time here," said Mark Murphy Endowed Director of Athletics, Josh Moon. "Our ticket operations and marketing areas are in a great place thanks to her leadership. I'm excited for her to take on additional responsibilities as we continue our RISE."
 
Charron will assume new responsibilities with her new title, including leading marketing efforts for all ticket sales promotions through social media marketing, email marketing, and outbound sales calls for group sales. She will also serve as the sport administrator for Green Bay Volleyball and take on additional oversight of gameday marketing initiatives.

"I'm so grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with Green Bay Athletics and take on this new role," added Charron. "I've really enjoyed connecting with our student-athletes, fans, and the Green Bay community over the last year, and I'm excited to keep building. A special thanks to the team I get to work alongside for all of their support.

Charron joined the Phoenix in July of 2025 after a little over a year as the Business Development Manager at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Athletics in Daytona Beach, Fla., where she developed and managed corporate partnerships while also overseeing ticketing operations and engaging with community organizations. Prior to that, Charron was a Sports Marketing Intern at Embry-Riddle and an Events Intern and Coordinator at Capture Sports and Entertainment in Waukesha, Wis.
 
Charron is an Appleton native and went to school at Wisconsin Lutheran College, where she graduated with a degree in Business Marketing and Management, with a Communication Minor in May of 2023. A four-year member of the WLC volleyball team, Charron served as team captain and was president of the Warriors' Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
