GREEN BAY -- The Green Bay men's soccer team and the University of St. Thomas played to a scoreless draw after 110 minutes of action on Wednesday evening at Aldo Santaga Stadium. The Green Bay defense did not allow the Tommies to put a shot on goal, but put only one shot on goal themselves. GB did have a few scoring opportunities, including one shot that hit the crossbar and a few others that just missed the target.
GB goes to 1-3-1 on the season, and visits Wright State on Saturday in its return to Horizon League action.
How it Happened
Green Bay outshot St. Thomas 11-9 overall with a total of 32 fouls in the game. The Tommies had six corner kicks to Green Bay's three on the day.
Game Notes
- Green Bay received four yellow cards, while UST was dealt two
- This is the first draw for the Phoenix this season
- The two teams will meet again in St. Paul next year
