Green Bay Handles Incarnate Word, Gets Shutout by UTSA

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The Green Bay softball team split games Wednesday, taking down Incarnate Word in a mid-afternoon game before being shutout by UTSA in the nightcap.

The right-hander went four innings, giving up three runs, zero earned, on six hits, allowing no walks and striking out one. Senior Lauren King also made an impact in the circle for the Phoenix, throwing three shutout innings while allowing one hit, with two walks and two strikeouts.
