ABOUT THE PANTHERS
Milwaukee is led by redshirt-sophomore forward Megan Walstad. Walstad averages a near double-double, 14.5 points, and 9.0 rebounds per game, the seventh and fourth-most in the Horizon League respectively. After Walstad, the Panthers starting lineup spreads out their scoring:
  • Sydney Staver – 9.4 PPG
  • Miquela Santoro – 8.5 PPG
  • McKaela Schmelzer – 8.3 PPG
  • Emma Wittmershaus – 7.3 PPG
Milwaukee comes to Green Bay fresh off of a 60-56 loss to Youngstown State. The Panthers have lost three of their last five but sit at 8-6 in the Horizon League, good for seventh in the standings.

SERIES HISTORY
In their shared histories, Green Bay and Milwaukee have played each other 92 times, which is the most the Phoenix has played against a single opponent. GB has the upper hand historically, winning 71 of the 92 games. However, the Panthers have had more success recently, giving Green Bay two of their four league losses a season ago after coming to the Kress Center and sweeping a doubleheader early in the season.

LAST TIME OUT
The Phoenix is riding a five-game win streak after wins this past weekend over Horizon League-leading Youngstown state and Robert Morris. GB took down the Penguins 70-69 in a double-overtime thriller before taking care of Robert Morris 57-41 on Saturday, Feb. 5.

PHOENIX RISING
After starting the year 3-3 in Horizon league play (One win being a forfeit from Detroit Mercy), the Phoenix has won five straight. In those five games, GB is outscoring their opponents by an average of 17.0 points. Green Bay sits in fourth in the HL standings at 8-3, just behind Cleveland State for third (9-3).

BUTLER'S BREAKOUT
True freshman Bailey Butler has been stellar in GB's last two wins. In the win over Youngstown State, Butler filled up the stat sheet with 10 points, six assists, and five rebounds in 34 minutes. Against the Colonials, Butler finished with seven points, four boards, and two assists.

DEFENSIVE DOMINANCE
Green Bay allowed Robert Morris to score just 41 points their last time out, the lowest total they've allowed all season. The Colonials scored just eight points in the first half.

On the season, the Phoenix allows opponents just 56.1 points per game, the lowest of any Horizon League team. They also lead the league in opponent FG%, holding their opposition to 35.7-percent shooting from the field.

AUTOMATIC AT THE LINE
GB has been one of the best in the nation at the charity stripe this season. The Phoenix currently ranks third in Division I in free throw percentage (81.0-percent) and is one of three Horizon League teams in the top 10. GB has four players who have at least 10 free throw attempts while shooting 80+ percent from the line: SCHREIBER SUCCESS
Maddy Schreiber is having a freshman campaign to remember. The season's two-time Horizon League Freshman of the Week paces GB in:
  • Field goal percentage (47-of-94, 50.0-percent)
  • Three-point field goal percentage (15-of-36, 41.7-percent)
  • Rebounds (77 total, 4.8 RPG)
  • Offensive rebounds (27 total, 1.69 per game)
HOT-HANDED HAILEY
Junior Hailey Oskey is having a career year. She's started all 16 games for GB and was named Horizon League Player of the Week on Jan. 31. Over her last five games, Oskey is averaging:
  • 16.0 PPG
  • 3.8 RPG
  • 2.2 APG
  • 47.5 FG%
  • 60.0 3FG%
  • 92.8 FT%
