GREEN BAY, Wis. – Green Bay softball head coach Sara Kubuske is excited to welcome a group of 12 newcomers to the Phoenix, all of whom have joined the team this fall. 10 true freshmen and two transfers will join the Phoenix ranks for the 2023-2024 season.
"We are excited to welcome these newcomers to the Phoenix softball family," said Kubuske. "All 12 of them have played at a high level of softball and have excelled. Most importantly, they display a high level of character and will fit in with the culture of the Green Bay softball team."
"As we are continuing to elevate the level of the program," Kubuske continued. "I feel the combination of these newcomers and the returners from the 2022-2023 season will be a good mix for success. We are excited to showcase our new team in some game action in the fall and then continue to build on that for the spring!"
