HOW IT HAPPENED
The Colonials wasted no time jumping out in front, scoring in the 2nd minute on a goal from Kai McLoughlin. Robert Morris continued to attack the Phoenix defense and extended the lead to 2-0 in the 27th minute after John Paul Mbuthia found the back of the net. Green Bay had a few chances in the later stages of the opening half, getting shots on goal from Luke Nicholson and Myles Sophanavong, but each opportunity was denied by RMU keeper Josh Lane.

The Colonials quickly opened the floodgates in the 60th minute, making it 3-0 on a goal from Anass Hadran. Green Bay went shot-for-shot with RMU in the second half (seven each), but Robert Morris cashed in again on another Mbuthia goal in the 68th minute. RMU tacked on a fifth goal in the 87th minute and defeated Green Bay 0-5.
