The 2024 class, announced on March 19, includes men's soccer's Ken Hess, men's basketball player Rahmon Fletcher, and the 2010-11 Green Bay women's basketball team. These inductees will be recognized for their athletics achievements and contributions during their successful times at Green Bay.

Ken Hess – Men's Soccer '70
Ken Hess was a stout defender during his time with the Phoenix and played a leading role in the first two teams in Green Bay men's soccer history. In 1970, the program's second season, he led the team to their first postseason bid in Green Bay soccer history. For his efforts, he was named NSCAA/United Soccer Coaches All-Region and All-American, and was given the team's Most Valuable Player award. During his time with the Phoenix, GB went 22-4-4. Hess, a New Jersey native, became Green Bay's first athlete to receive All-American recognition in soccer.

Rahmon Fletcher – Men's Basketball '11
Rahmon Fletcher created a legacy of greatness from 2007-11 on the Phoenix men's basketball team. Fletcher earned Horizon League season honors four times (2010-11 second team, 2009-10 first team, 2008-09 second team, and 2007-08 newcomer team). He finished his standout career as the sixth-leading scorer in Green Bay men's basketball history with 1,678 points. He played in 128 games (third all-time), starting 123 times. His name can be found all over Green Bay's record book, currently holding top-10 career records in numerous categories, including points (6th), assists (6th), steals (4th), and games played (5th). Fletcher paced the team in scoring during the 2009-10 and 2010-11 campaigns and was GB's assists leader in 2007-08, 2008-09, and 2010-11.

2010-11 Women's Basketball Team
The Green Bay women's basketball team finished the 2010-11 season in record fashion, setting eight program records. Green Bay finished 34-2 overall and completed Horizon League play with an 18-0 record, winning its 13th-consecutive regular season conference title, the nation's longest streak. Green Bay won its 10th Horizon League Tournament championship, earning an automatic berth to the NCAA Tournament for the 12th time in program history. Playing one of the toughest non-conference schedules in program history, Green Bay won 91 percent of its games, finishing with an 11-1 non-conference record. Its lone loss came on the road at Marquette. GB entered the NCAA Tournament as a No. 5 seed, and beat No. 12 Arkansas-Little Rock and No. 4 Michigan State en route to the program's first and only Sweet 16 appearance. Throughout the season, Green Bay set eight program records, including wins (34), winning percentage (.947), points (2807), free throws made (539), assists (721), steals (442), turnover margin (+8.0) and scoring margin (+20.9).
