GREEN BAY, Wis. - The Green Bay men's soccer team continued their recent hot streak with a shutout at the expense of Chicago State 1-0 on Friday. The win improved Green Bay's record to 3-2 overall on the season, and 2-0 at home.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Green Bay grabbed a 1-0 lead with just their second shot of the game in the 22nd minute. Kolton Prater drew a foul just outside of the Chicago State box and stepped up to bury the free kick to put the Phoenix out in front.

Chances were few and far between for the visitors, with their last chance to tie the game coming in the 73rd minute when a Hilary Odhiambo effort was denied by Green Bay goalkeeper Drew Swancutt, who made his first career start on Friday. Swancutt finished the match with three saves to record his first career shutout.

GAME NOTES

• Each team received three yellow cards, Green Bay's yellow cards were from Jeloni Murray-Powll, Oscar Bjornskov, and Kolton Prater.
• Green Bay put six of their ten total shots on goal in the match, with Chicago State having three of their six shots taken between the sticks.
• Chicago State committed 17 fouls to GB's 10.
• Prater's goal in the 21st minute was his first career game-winning goal and just the second goal of his career.
