DETROIT, Mich. – The Green Bay women's soccer team drew their second consecutive match 0-0 the on the road against the Detroit Mercy Titans on Sunday. They'll return back to Green Bay for three straight starting on Thursday, Oct. 16 at Aldo Santaga Stadium.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The Phoenix started with a shot in the second minute by
Bella Brozek, before taking the game's second shot off the leg of
Allison Raasch, which both sailed high of the goal. It was the Detroit Mercy Titans playing the aggressors in the remainder of the first half, outshooting the Phoenix eight shots to one for the rest of the half, holding Green Bay to just three total at the midpoint.
The Phoenix would counter the aggression heading into the second half, outshooting the Titans four shots to one. Despite the aggression, the Phoenix only had one shot on goal of their seven total, and a missed shot by Brozek in the 90th minute secured the scoreless tie.

Detroit outshot Green Bay nine shots to seven and registered three shots on goal to GB's one.
