GREEN BAY, Wis. – The annual Phoenix 5K returns for its 28th year on August 2, 2025, and registration is now open!

Hosted by the Green Bay men's and women's cross country teams, the 5K will take you on a scenic journey through our state-of-the-art home course—an experience that will not only challenge you but also offer stunning views and an exciting atmosphere. Our course has been carefully designed for participants of all skill levels, making it a great way to experience our beautiful campus and cheer on the team.

This event isn't just about running—it's about building community! Meet the current members of the Phoenix Cross Country team, learn more about our program, and connect with some of our talented alumni who have gone on to do great things. Whether you're here to race, cheer, or just enjoy the atmosphere, it's a perfect day to come together and celebrate the spirit of the Phoenix!

We're proud to say the Phoenix 5K is open to runners, walkers, and fans of all ages and abilities. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or simply enjoying a fun day with friends and family, we welcome everyone to join the race. Race admission is $35.
