HEAD COACH KAYLA KARIUSÂ
"It was a true rivalry game today and we're proud of our team for battling through it. After a slow start, we settled in, and in the second half we hung our hat on toughness plays. Meghan Schultz was relentless inside and as a group we stayed aggressive until the very end. We want to thank the hundreds of Phoenix fans who made the trip to cheer us on today. You got behind us in big moments and we fed off your energy. Thank you and see you Thursday!"
