INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – On Thursday afternoon, the Horizon League announced the 2026 Valeo #HLSB All-Academic Team. Green Bay had players represented, with Sidney LaMotte and Jenna Redders receiving All-Academic honors, while sophomore Brooke Schwall was named an honorable mention.

Sidney LaMotte, a junior infielder from Burnsville, Minnesota, is the team leader with eight home runs and 35 RBI. LaMotte started in 29 of 41 appearances. She is also second in batting average, hitting at a .348 clip, while recording a 1.107 OPS. LaMotte has recorded nine multi-RBI games this season.

Jenna Redders, a senior outfielder from Middleton, Wisconsin, has started 39 of her 40 appearances this season for Green Bay. Redders sports a .337 batting average, including one home run and 19 RBI. She is also tied for third on the team with 23 runs scored. Redders recorded a season-high three hits, four runs, four RBI, and a home run in a win against Northern Kentucky on April 4.

Brooke Schwall, a sophomore first baseman from Shorewood, Illinois, has started in 27 of 38 appearances this season. Schwall is fourth on the team with four home runs and 22 RBI. She is also second on the team with 15 walks. Schwall has recorded four multi-hit games this season, hitting home runs in three of them.

The Horizon League recognizes student-athletes with seasonal Academic All-League Teams in each of its 19 championship sports. To be eligible for Horizon League All-Academic consideration, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or higher (based on a 4.00 scale), have completed at least one year at the member institution, having earned 24 semester-hour or 36 quarter-hour credits, and participate in 50 percent of the team's overall contests.
