GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) --- Four starters reached double-figures and a career-high 18 points from
Cody Schwartz helped Green Bay get past in-state rival Milwaukee 90-74 on Friday night in the second annual Krash the Kress game at the Kress Center.
Green Bay (11-12, 5-5 HL) outscored the visiting Panthers (9-14, 4-6 HL) by 8 points in both halves, leading by as many as 19 points and leading for 38:44 in total. Schwartz connected on a career-high six 3-pointers, tying his career-high set earlier this season at Eastern Washington.
Josh McNair also set a new career-high with 16 points, going 7-for-8 from the field.
The Phoenix shot 56.9 percent (37-for-65), matching its season-high for field goal percentage and a new high Horizon League games this season.
GB will hit the road again, making the Cleveland State-Youngstown State trip next Thursday and Saturday.
