PEORIA, Ill. – Friday afternoon the Green Bay Cross Country Teams ran in the Bradley Pink Classic at Newman Golf Course in Peoria, Illinois. The Phoenix ran in the second set of races in the event, with both teams finishing in 32^nd place.
 
WOMEN'S RECAP
Kelsey Radobicky once again led the Phoenix women, finishing 111^th out of 306^th with a 22:07.5. Radobicky has led the line for Green Bay in four-straight events. Alicia Kawa and Grace Beyer were the next two to cross the finish line for the Phoenix, coming in 192^nd and 193^rd respectively. Ellie Smith wasn't far behind them, finishing in 23:26.0, good for 199^th place.
 
MEN'S RECAP
Hunter Krepline highlighted the men's side of the race, finishing in 123^rd place with a time of 25:15.0. Matthew Marcinske was right behind Krepline, crossing the finish line in 25:17.3, good for 129^th place. Riley Siltman was the third Phoenix across the finish line, notching a time of 25:38.5, good for 166th. Clay Taylor also finished inside the top 200 (192^nd) with a final time of 26:01.4
  
COMING UP
The Phoenix will prepare for the team's biggest meet of the season, the Horizon League Championships on Saturday, October 29. Oakland is hosting this year's league championships at Oakland Cross Country Field.
