GREEN BAY, Wis. – The Green Bay women's swim and dive team hosted a women-only meet against Indiana State at the Peter F. Dorschel Natatorium on Saturday. The Sycamores outscored GB 239-61.
Annie Frederickson highlighted the day for GB, setting two personal records. She tallied three points for the Phoenix in the one-meter dive with a final score of 238.61. Her second PR happened in the three-meter dive when she recorded a final score of 242.75, good for a fourth-place finish, improving mightily from her score of 198.98 in the first team meet a week ago.
Other notable performances include
Esther Oswald, who placed second in the 100-yard backstroke. She finished one-one-hundredth of a second back of first place. Later in the meet, Oswald scored three points for the Phoenix in the 200-yard backstroke, taking third place.
Ella Anderson also impressed for Green Bay, taking second in the 50-yard freestyle and third in the 200-yard breaststroke.
The Phoenix will look ahead to next Saturday's meet in Milwaukee. GB's next home meet is November 10 against St. Norbert.
