CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The Ball State University women's golf team has been named the recipient of the 2024-25 WGCA All-Scholar Team GPA Award. The award recognizes the women's collegiate golf program with the highest collective average team GPA which includes all the team's student-athletes for the 2024-25 season. Ball State's nine team members had an average GPA of 3.968.
Leading Division II was University of Central Missouri, as the team's six players averaged a 3.945 GPA, while Ithaca College's five team members led Division III with a 3.917 average GPA. In NAIA, SCAD Savannah's 11 team members led the division with a GPA of 3.900, while Daytona State College topped the NJCAA with a 3.860 GPA.
The WGCA also announced the top 25 teams with the highest team GPA for Division I, Division II and Division III, as well as the top 10 teams for NAIA.
