INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Tuesday afternoon, the Horizon League announced the 2026 Under Armour #HLXCPreseason Poll. The Green Bay men's team was selected 4th with 73 points, and the women were selected 7th with 83 points. The defending men's and women's champions, Youngstown State, were picked on top of both the men's and women's polls. The Green Bay men's team returns two all conference finishers from last year,
Mason Gates and last year's individual champion,
Noah Jahnke.
Lia Peterson is the top returner for the women's team. Green Bay starts their season this Saturday with the Tom Berry Invite at
Phoenix Alumni Cross Country Course at Shorewood Park.
