BOARDMAN, Ohio (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – The Green Bay men's tennis team continued Horizon League play on the road this weekend, getting edged by Youngstown State (7-8, 1-0 HL) on Sunday, 4-3.
While the singles competition was split, the Penguins took the doubles point with two set wins to come away with the overall team victory. Juniors
Charlie Croxford and
Miles McDowall were the only two Phoenix that were undefeated in both singles and doubles play.
Green Bay (6-9, 0-2 HL) will be back in action at home next weekend, taking on Detroit Mercy on Saturday, March 31 at 1:00 p.m. CT.
