AKRON, Ohio – The Green Bay men's and women's cross country teams competed Friday at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional. Green Bay battled through a muddy course en route to a successful meet.
Notre Dame and Wisconsin took first and second, respectively, in both the men's and women's races.
Noah Jahnke made headlines again, setting another new record in the 10k event. The sophomore's sensational collegiate résumé includes school records in the 6k, 8k, and 10k events. At Friday's NCAA Regional event, he posted a time of 30:46.6, good for 67
th place overall out of 213.
The Green Bay took 22
nd overall as a team out of 31.
