CLEVELAND, Ohio - Green Bay (4-10, 1-2 Horizon League) dropped a 6-1 result
at Cleveland State (9-10, 2-0) Saturday afternoon in women's tennis action.
The lone winner for Green Bay was freshman Rebecca Nelson (Brookfield, Wis.),
who posted a 6-2, 4-6, 10-6 victory in the sixth spot in the order. Her victory
came at the hands of Mengdi Lu. Morgan Weuve (Green Bay, Wis.) also played well
for the Phoenix, but dropped a 7-5, 7-5 result at No. 3.
Cleveland State swept the doubles matches and also picked up five
straight-sets wins in singles action.
Green Bay is back on the court Sunday morning at Youngstown State.
