CLEVELAND, Ohio (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – The Green Bay women's tennis (1-12, 0-6 HL) team opened its five-match road stretch to end the regular season on Saturday, falling 7-0 to Cleveland State at Malaga Tennis Center.
The Vikings began the contest with convincing wins at No. 1 (8-2) and No. 3 (8-0) doubles to take the first point, and then went on to sweep the six singles matches in straight sets.
Green Bay returns to Horizon League action on Sunday morning, taking on Youngstown State at 7:30 a.m. at Boardman Tennis Center.
