YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – The Green Bay women's tennis team (1-13, 0-7 HL) suffered a 7-0 loss at Youngstown State (9-11, 4-2 HL) on Sunday in a Horizon League dual match at the Boardman Tennis Center.
The host Penguins clinched the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and No. 3, and then picked up victories in all five of the contested singles matches to close out the win.
Green Bay wraps up its 2014 regular season on the road next weekend, traveling to Dayton (12 p.m.) and Northern Kentucky (7 p.m.) on Friday before heading to Wright State for the Horizon League finale on Saturday.
