GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) -- The Green Bay Phoenix swimming program will be offering customized, one-on-one swimming lessons during February 2019 at the Kress Events Center on the campus of UW-Green Bay. Children ages 4 - 17 will receive instruction and technique work with current Division I student-athletes on the team.

This is a great opportunity for young people to either get a first-time experience in the water, learn the four strokes, or, for young competitive swimmers, improve on their current strokes to take them to the next level. As the swimmer progresses, his or her instructor will take them through the next steps in building their stroke at an adaptable, comfortable pace. Not only will the swimmer develop their skills in the water, but they will also gain a mentor to look up to.

Dates and Times Offered
Participants can enroll in five-day packages, offered Feb. 18 - 22 and Feb. 25 - March 1, or sign up for a ten-day package over the course of both weeks.

There are six available time slots to choose from within each package. Available times are from 3:00-3:30 p.m., 3:30-4:00 p.m., 4:00-4:30 p.m., 4:30-5:00 p.m., 5:00-5:30 p.m. or 5:30-6:00 p.m. Time slot requests will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis.

2. Check your email for a confirmation of your lesson's time slot and date and a waiver form. Time slot requests are given on a first-come, first-serve basis.

3. Print the waiver sent to you by email and sign it, then return by mail, email, or fax to:

4. If you postmark your check and registration slip after February 11, please email your form and information to robelotr@uwgb.edu.
