Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – The Green Bay women's tennis team (3-15, 0-8 HL) just missed picking up a conference victory this weekend while on the road. The Phoenix were swept by a strong UIC squad (17-4, 7-0 HL) on Saturday before nearly getting IUPUI (6-14, 2-5 HL) on Sunday.
 
"The women lost 4-3, but we almost got their first Horizon League victory in a long time," said head coach Brian Nelson. "The freshmen twins played well against the Jaguars and picked up wins at the top two singles positions, while Theresa also helped out at five singles."

Green Bay will host their last two home matches this upcoming week, beginning with a friendly exhibition against nearby St. Norbert College on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. The Phoenix will conclude Horizon League play on Saturday with a noon match versus Milwaukee.
