GREEN BAY, Wis. (GreenBayPhoenix.com) – The Green Bay women's tennis team (4-17) wrapped up the 2019 slate with a win at Whitewater this afternoon, defeating the ranked DIII Warhawks 6-1.
"Had three very close doubles matches, which was good for us," said head coach
Brian Nelson. "After winning at number two doubles, the other two positions were tied at 5-5, but we pulled away with a win at 1 to clinch the doubles point. It was a great way for the ladies to finish their season as this team was nationally ranked #36 in Division III."
