ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Green Bay swimming and diving teams dove back into action Thursday night, beginning a three-day invite hosted by the St. Thomas Tommies.
Rachel Everson and
Annie Frederickson did well on the one-meter board, with the former placing third with a score of 210.05, while the latter took fifth with a score of 199.60.
Emily Allen was second in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.35.
DAY 1 RESULTS
Andy Groebner placed fifth in the men's three-meter event, totaling a score of 232.70.
Max Kasal and
Ethan Braatz highlighted some of the other men's performances of the night. Kasal came close to the top spot in the 50-yard freestyle, taking second with a time of 20.50. His counterpart in Braatz took fourth with a time of 21.16. In the men's 200-yard IM,
Chris Aristondo took fifth with a time of 1:51.05.
The St. Thomas Invite resumes tomorrow with finals action beginning at 5:30 pm central time.
