Kim Woldt was a dynamic women's soccer midfielder and striker at UW Green Bay for 4 years during the Mid-Continent Conference era. She finished her career as the number 4 all time goal and points scorer, and was number 5 in assists. She was season leader in goals in 1997 and '98, and assists leader in '97, '98, and 2000. She was quick, fast, and had a will to win, being named to the 100% award in 2000, and Most Competitive Player in 1999, and MVP in 1999 and 2000. Unlike some players with a poker face, Kim openly showed determination, grit, frustration and anger and elation. You knew what you were getting.

Academically, Kim was named to the CoSIDA Dist V academic 1st team in 2000, and academic All-Conference ln 1999 and 2000. She was All MCC Conference 1st team in 1998 and 1999, and 2nd team in 2000. She was on the All-Newcomer team in 1997 and was player of the week once each of her 4 years. Kim scored consecutive goals against Arkansas ( in 13 seconds) on October 1, 1999, then holding the NCAA record for fastest 2 consecutive goals. After her graduation, Kim returned to UW Green Bay as assistant coach adding at the time a very much needed calming touch to the program.
